It’s a nice deck, but only one tuner? I know you can erupt gale but still.
My thoughts:

+Necroface
+1 Vayu
-1 Black Whirlwind
-1 Dark eruption
+1 Against the wind
For the traps you could consider replacing icarus attack w/ phoenix wing wind blast to maintain field presence and bounce cards back to the deck
For the side deck, add in another dd crow, poss zombie world x2 to stop monarch.
All in all, looks pretty solid. How does it play?
i would like to duel and i like the deck but id take out one eruption
and add another whirlwind

I think teching a second Bribe is a good call. Possibly for one of the trap Stuns in the side deck. Your deck looks excellent, though I wonder why no mistral? I know he’s not great, 1800 def isn’t too bad though. Plus he’s a nice tuner, level two make armed wing quicker, and if you’ve already used your gale since Blizzard can’t be Special summoned. I’d take out Fane for Mistral. Spells are fine really, I think 3 Eruptions is fine if you have enough speed. If you don’t think you do or you’re dead drawing it I would put in another Book of Moon, or E-con. Excellent disruptiion cards with no cost, unless you’re taking their monster with e-con but thats controllable. Traps look excellent I wouldn’t change a thing. In the side deck I’m not opposed to anything, but I see you have certain cards set for certain decks, that is excellent that’s how a side deck should be. What I want to know is do you know what you would side out, and have you tested it that way. Many players run into problems because they will make a side deck able to compete against certain decks, but reduce the synergy of their deck after siding in. Then the changes don’t help them. Your side deck seems pretty solid though so if you know what your siding out each time, then props. Only thing I would change is the Mirror of Oaths for Skill Drains. As you said synchro cat is dying, and skill drain will stop glads just as much. Also you can go on a fast assault not using your blackwings abilities, I’d look into DrainWings just so you know what I’m talking about as it’s a deck on its own, but you can side into it pretty fluently game two to confuse and halt your opponents progress. If you really want to keep a mirror then I’d take out one of the mirrors and the gozen match for the drains. Those are the only changes I can find though great deck, 9.8/10.
